Could
someone just finally tell me plainly, tell me completely,
tell me now what the differences are, and what are windows
prices?
Yeah,
I’ve been there.

AND,
I’ve also been on the other side—
WHAT?—you
heard me, I’ve sold literally
1000’s of windows (as a top salesman for a great,
high-end windows company—oh no, here it comes,
“the pitch”—NOT!!).
I’ve
talked with 100’s of homeowners about their windows
in a 5-state arena here where I live in the Midwest—before
I QUIT that job that was more difficult
than any work I’ve ever done before.
I
have to say that I probably haven’t “seen
it all”, but I’ve come pretty close…the

they left town when the Florida hurricanes hit that

town without paying me for the work I had already done).
Anyway,
when I left the selling-windows industry, I went back
to my first love, buying trashed houses at a discount,
fixing them up, and selling them back to a new homeowner
somewhere.
A
new homeowner who was happy that it was ME that interviewed
repair companies and contractors, ME that plunked down
the money and hoped and prayed the hired contractors
knew what they were doing on this new home of theirs.
New
homeowners that were glad it was ME that fired those
contractors when they messed up—
And
were glad it was ME that researched, hired, coordinated,
reviewed, re-did, and chased after the contractors till
every baseboard, every WINDOW, every paint job and kitchen
cabinet was back in beautiful place.
Oh,
and yeah, I’ve seen the DAMAGE done to quite a
handful of these houses too

DAMAGE DONE BY bad WINDOWS , by bad window
companies, and bad window installations—some of my
investment properties too—
Damage to houses done by liar contractors who didn’t
know what they were doing but talked a big, puffed-up
line.
And such damage that unfortunately was often done by
homeowners trying to “do it themselves”.
